Sales Consultant: Flexible Shifts (Uncapped Commission)
Are you a sales executive, ex-recruiter or personal trainer looking for a fresh challenge? This could be your perfect next step.
We’re looking for motivated, high-performing sales people to join our team.
You’ll be speaking to potential clients who are already interested in our service. Your goal? Turn interest into action by consulting with them, understanding their needs, and signing them up.
If you love hitting targets, building meaningful relationships, and you’ve got a track record of smashing goals, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Make a lasting first impression on potential clients.
- Consult, listen and build rapport to understand their needs.
- Exceed sales, revenue, and activity targets.
- Deliver a no-pressure, high-impact sales experience that leaves clients excited to work with us.
- Provide exceptional service throughout the sales journey.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales/recruitment/personal training, with consistent success in hitting or exceeding sales/revenue targets.
- A natural relationship builder who listens and connects with ease.
- Resilience, tenacity, and a strong results-driven mindset.
- Happy to work flexible shift patterns, including hours such as 10am–6pm, 12pm–8pm, and 3pm–11pm. (Monday to Friday only).

Where will I be based?
We offer flexible working. You'll spend a minimum of one day per week with your colleagues in our stunning central Birmingham office but can work wherever you prefer (home or office) for the remainder of the week.
